Open Day

We have an open day coming up on Saturday 27th September. 

For this open day we are using Facebook to promote the event, alongside Lucy Smith of bowlsmarketing.com. There are a few ways you can help us spread the word that will only take a couple of minutes of your time. 

Invite your friends to like our Facebook page:  

1. Go to the page: https://www.facebook.com/swindonmanoribc/ 

2. Like it if you haven’t already 

3. Click on the 3 dots next to the word “liked”  

4. Click “invite friends”  

5. Click “select all”  

6. Click “send invitations”  

Share our open day promotion posts:  

We have 4 posts going out to promote the open day on Sunday 7th September 10.30am, Thursday 11th September 8.15pm, Tuesday 16th September 7.30pm and Saturday 20th September 11.15am. If you could please share these posts to your profile to help spread the word.  

To do this go to the Swindon Manor IBC page https://www.facebook.com/swindonmanoribc/, find the post and click “share” then “share to feed” here you can add any text of your own about the club, open day etc then click “share.” The post will now be visible to your friends on Facebook.

You can invite your friends to the event by clicking “invite”  

And/or you can share the event to your Facebook profile by clicking the arrow, then “share” then “share to feed” you can type anything to add to the post for example that you are a member and recommend trying bowls, then click “share” to share it your personal profile for your friends to see.
