Season 2021-2022

 SMIBC PROPOSED OPENING FOR THE 2021/2022 SEASON. 

 At the committee meeting on 26th July 2021, it was decided to prepare to open the club for the 21/22 season. 

We hope to begin the season on October 4th and will open for people to come down for free roll-ups from September 20th for two weeks at the time and day they would normally bowl. 

If there is room and you are willing to take a chance come down. Couples may want to come together. 

The times of play will go back to normal. 

Face coverings will be optional. 

EACH TEAM LEADER IN EACH SECTION WILL BE ASKED IF THEY ARE GOING TO ENTER A TEAM IN THE COMING SEASON. 

We need to know if they are entering a team or not by AUGUST 20TH. 

After this date, they cannot be guaranteed a place in the section. 

The following details are required: 

NAME Of TEAM, SECTION, DAY/TIME TEAM LEADERS WITH CONTACT DETAILS. Team members if known. 

Team leaders must notify SMIBC in one of the following ways: 

email to smibc@btconnect.com 

post to SMIBC Unit 3 Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, SN2 2DS, 

leaving it through the letterbox at the club. 

Handbooks will only be sent to Team Leaders. 

Steve Cornish will prepare a limited number but will email any if requested. 

Casual players and groups will be contacted to determine if they wish to continue as they did in the previous 2019/2020 season. 

Any membership money paid last year will be carried over to this season.
